Identify Forgot the name of the game

Hi!

I cannot recall the name of the game. It was on Renpy engine and it was basically about the guy who owned a photo studio and had an elderly guy as friend. He had some blonde girl on a payroll and hired another one, who had a child that she got from a sperm donor (I think).

I am pretty sure I have it installed it locally, but I cannot recall the name and I was not able to find it.
