I don't see any issues with non-English characters. Here is what I have for the main game folder:
Going into BepInEx > plugins....
...shows the cheat file, I would assume in its proper location. Yet running the game gives no screen confirming cheats, no "Toggle cheats" button in Options as seen in your other post, nor do I get the uncensored images seen in the OP's previews.
So what am I doing wrong?

May be your account name(PC) has multi-bytes characters.
Move game to another place. (ex. "c:\games\hush hush")

I don't know why that would be the case.... but you were on the right track! I moved the game to a different drive and everything works now. Thanks!
Edit: Errrrr.... it worked once. Reloading it now gives me the regular non-18+ version again!

"This PC -> Documents ... " click there (empty space), then shows absolute path. (ex. "C:\Users\Name of Windows Account\Documents\blahblah...") may be there are multi-bytes characters.

It looks like your cheats file is not in the XUnity.AutoTranslator folder.

The plugin's location is "BepInEx\plugins\" as default. but OP was put it to XUnity.AutoTranslator.
The cheats has nothing to do with XUnity.AutoTranslator.
I remember hearing about this, but I could never find the game myself. That aside, I'm kinda bummed we don't get Bonnibel as a heroine. She's pretty sweet.
Shes kinda boring as hell with no specific traits (compared to the other girls in Crush) tho.
I hope they do the extra DLC characters like internet explorer chan lol
