This is Inception times three where MC starts out as David then transitions to whatever you call youself in the game and things will pick up after David ends his run in the game story.

Yes I got it, I read the synopsis in the OP and Inception that is 1 of my favorite movies of all time is mentioned, I usually get the most information I can while avoiding too much spoilers before starting a new game. Only played the first scene and was weird I called myself David hehe and I searched first about it and fast got a reply from the dev about the same question, many complain first and then maybe search about it

I get the impression that the spaceship is real, everything else is a dream. In the spaceship world Linda is your daughter. You have another but she's in a different simulation, she's underage.
The dev keeps teasing Linda in the dream world, especially as its implied she doesnt know the MC is her dad. In the dream there's a sequence where Linda gives you a

if you choose it. But its clearly a fantasy within the dream.
I want to fuck the brains out of Linda in the dream world and knock her up. Given its also implied that the real linda is sharing the same dream unlike the fantasy sequence.
Id still love to know if the dev has ruled out incest?

My advice with this kind of story: read it till the end of the latest update, then restart the game from the very beginning - everything will be 110% crystal clear.

There is no incest; that's why Linda isn't a LI. The scene in the basement is a dream; it’s up to you whether to do whatever you want in it, but it’s not real. It's possible that I may add other scenes like this, but they will always be in a dream.

They want to make a "captivating story, far beyond a mere game with erotic undertones" and they want me to immerse myself in the game, saying the player is the protagonist... with no character creation and not even a choice for woman or man character (which i had to find out by downloading the game as the post is missing the most important tag for porn games: what protagonist). When there is a pre-made pre-established character, i feel like i'm following THEIR journey even if there are choices. I mean i've watched Bear Grylls netflix thing where you can choose what he does, i didn't feel like I was him. IMO the game was made by a man thinking if he can immerse himself then surely everyone can. Most games nowadays have a character creator for the immersion you're talking about, which i don't think is possible in a Ren'Py game, but you can still do the lazier version of it that games like AC Odyssey did, where you choose between 2, like Bad Memories did. Until then, this game will never be immersive for me.

And what does "inviting players to abandon the notion of selecting a specific heroine to guide their journey" mean exactly? Because if it means we can screw around, then i have to say: fucking ≠ romance, and harem ≠ romance.

You do not need to worry too much.
Not everyone feels that you cannot be immersed in this game (among other things). There is always someone ready to complain about anything . Was it useful? Not so much. Is the story captivating...yes. Is it stressful...yes. I am playing two paths simultaneously. It is not so easy but worth the trouble. Some choices are not too difficult but some require a lot of thinking if you want the desired outcome. I thought it was worth enough that I bought the game. I am sure it would be even better in French but that is not an option for me . I wish you the best of luck in the future.
PS. As for the lock code it took me less than 5 seconds to figure out so I doubt that is much of an issue either.
